Postage

due to covid19, australia post is experiencing shipping delays which means your parcel may take a little bit longer than usual to reach you.
we thank you for your patience.

currently, we only ship to australian addresses via australia post. shipping is flat rate $13 for each order.

our parcels are sent via your local postie. they will leave your parcel in your letter box (if it is big enough) or leave it at a safe place (like at your front door) if you are not home. if this does not suit, you can find a 'signature on delivery' add on here. this extra $2.95 will ensure the parcel is left at the post office for signature upon collection if you are not home.

please allow three working days for us to ship your goods. you will receive an email confirming that we've sent your order once we've put it into the post & you should receive it in within a week.

once your order has been shipped, & ink co. accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your parcel.
