our signature knitted cushion covers are unique in the way they are made, each being hand knitted. perfectly paired with our fabric cushion covers that are released seasonally. both will instantly update your home adding colour and style.

CARE

each cushion cover purchased comes with a care label and when followed, will ensure the longevity of the cover. most are spot clean only, as the yarn or fabric is delicate in nature. please refer to each individual item in our products for care details of each. 

PAYMENT & PRIVACY

& ink co. accepts both paypal and stripe payment methods via our big cartel store. both are entirely safe and secure. we do not store your credit card details or paypal email for use other than sending a confirmation email. & ink co. will never sell on your confidential details such as postal address to any third parties.

REFUND & EXCHANGES

unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind. if you believe there is a fault from our end, please get in touch here and we'll try to make amends.

please remember though, that our cushion covers are hand knitted & hand sewn and we do try to keep consistency overall, however some imperfections may be present and are part of the overall design. no two cushion covers will be exactly the same.
